Today English is truly a global language and is spoken with many different accents. For many, the idea of a "neutral" or "standard" English is considered old fashioned.  However, there are limits to the which the sounds in a word can be modified before it morphs into something completely different.

 

So, whilst many of my clients simply want to be clear in English, others are all too aware that we often judge a speaker on how they say something rather than what they say.
